How to Reserve Woolsey Hall

Step 1

Review the Rules and Regulations for use of the Hall to determine if your anticipated use would be in compliance with the guidelines governing use of the space.

Step 2

Determine the availability of the hall on a particular date(s) by completing and submitting the Availability Check Form. This information will be reviewed and you will be notified if the date(s) required may be available. It may take 7-10 days before you receive a response. Please also note, date availability information is not available via phone.

Notification that a date may be available does not constitute a reservation.

Step 3

Upon hearing back from us that the date(s) you requested is available and your request is approved, reservation agreement forms will be sent to you. Reservations are not complete until all steps have been completed and the requested advance payment has been made.
